This month we focus on the E in STEM. How do we get a butterfly to flap its wings? Working like mechanical engineers, we explore motion and build a small contraption! This contraption is inspired by Padmashri Dr. Arvind Gupta who ingeniously builds toys from trash!
"The April box was all about butterflies! The kids got to create their own butterfly that flapped it’s wings and learn about the lifecycle of the butterfly. The box also includes a wonderful book called Brahma’s Butterfly and as you can see if you swipe. Little S was totally engaged it from the moment she picked it up!
