My daughter and I loved this book because we are a bit scared of animals but we absolutely love them once we understand them and become friendly. We love that there is a book for children who are scared of animals. Sani is terrified of pets and isn't happy when her mom brings home a stray kitten into the house. Sani is terrified and says away from the little kitten until one night, something magical happens.
